Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Insights Storyteller Analysts (CSISAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting client interviews (via Google Forms, video, or audio), compiling raw data, applying SEO principles, and crafting professional copy for client testimonials. You will also perform basic video and audio editing. You will interact with interviewees in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive and productive experience.

Job Type: 100% Remote and flexi time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client interviews using Google Forms, video, or audio recording.

  • Compile and organise raw interview data.

  • Apply SEO best practices to testimonial content.

  • Craft professional, engaging, and accurate copy for client testimonials.

  • Edit client profile photos to match brand aesthetics.

  • Perform basic video and audio editing as needed, ensuring quality deliverables.

  • Deliver completed testimonial packages (PDF, photos, and video/audio files as required) to clients within specified timelines.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members, providing updates on progress.

  • Adhere to Client Kudos' standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain strict client data privacy and confidentiality.

  • Leverage AI assistance tools to streamline editing and copywriting processes.

  • Report progress and provide updates to clients during the 10-day delivery window.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, social media management, video/audio editing, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles.

  • Proficiency in using Google Forms, video conferencing, audio recording, and basic video/audio editing software.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Portfolio of work demonstrating copywriting, communication, and basic video/audio editing skills.

  • Contactable references.

Compensation:

  • 32 GBP per completed interview set (per client).

  • Potential to complete 2 interview sets per day (64 GBP per day, 320 GBP per week, 1280 GBP per month).

Mini SOP (Glimpse of your basic day-to-day process per client):

Interview Setup: Send Google Forms questionnaire, or schedule video/audio interview with client-provided contact.

Interview Execution: Conduct interview, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment.

Data Compilation: Organise interview data into a structured format.

Copywriting & SEO: Craft compelling testimonial copy, applying SEO best practices.

Branding & Editing: Edit client profile photo and perform basic video/audio editing as required.

Delivery & Reporting: Compile final testimonial package (PDF, photos, video/audio) and deliver to client, providing progress updates.

Junior Video and Audio Editorne

In this role, you will be responsible for editing video and audio content for client testimonials, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with our brand and client specifications. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to develop their editing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: 100% remote and flexi time, adhering to project deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Edit video and audio content for client testimonials, including cutting, splicing, and adding transitions.

  • Ensure clear audio and video quality, making necessary adjustments for clarity and consistency.

  • Add brand-specific graphics, logos, and text overlays to videos.

  • Perform basic colour correction and audio levelling.

  • Export and deliver final video and audio files in various formats as required.

  • Adhere to project deadlines and maintain clear communication with the team.

  • Follow Client Kudos' standard operating procedures (SOPs).

General Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Client Kudos. In this role, you will be responsible for managing team members, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of Client Kudos' operations, including project management, team coordination, and client communication.

  • Manage and mentor team members, including Customer Success Insights Storyteller Analysts (CSISAs) and Video/Audio Editors.

  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client projects.

  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues.

  • Manage budgets and financial reporting.

  • Recruit and onboard new team members.
